RED WINE

Meiomi Pinot Noir 8/32

The wine opens to reveal lifted fruit aromas of bright strawberry and jammy fruit, mocha, and vanilla, along with toasty oak notes.  Expressive boysenberry, blackberry, dark cherry, juicy strawberry, and toasty mocha flavors lend complexity and depth.

 

Block Nine Pinot Noir 8/32

The 2014 Block Nine Pinot is beautifully long and rich in ripe cherry and berry flavors. The aromas exhibit generous bright fruit with a mix of strawberry, violets, plum, tea, and a hint of clove. Flavorful and silky in the mouth with good body, this wine is seductive showing wild cherries and a hint of sandalwood to complete its complex finish. 

 

Anne Amie Vineyards Pinot Noir 48 btl

Aromas of dark cherry, dusty road, orange peel, kirsch, cardamom, sweet tobacco, dried rose petal give way to flavors of sweet dark cherries, forest floor, anise, dark chocolate nibs, chai long with rich, smooth tannins and acidity

 

Flowers, Pinot Noir 2013 86 btl

Deep garnet hue. Aromas of wild strawberries, cranberries, savory dried herbs, violet and forest floor lift elegantly from the glass. On the palate, flavors of Bing cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate are framed by fine- grained tannins, coastal minerality and bright acidity that culminate in a lengthy finish. 

 

Layer Cake Malbec, Mendoza Argentina 8/32

Big, brooding, black fruit, then rich earth, truffles and dark cocoa are at the front. The Sea of Stones vineyard is at its core, always evident with the thread of minerality that the deep alluvial cobblestones lend. This wine is elegant in the mouth with fresh-picked blackberries.

 

Molta Malbec 7/20

A very dark red wine with purple hues, boasting bright fruit flavors of plum, blackberry and dark cherry, with notes of earth and chocolate. It is soft and plush, and kissed with just a touch of toasty oak.  Molto! Malbec is a single vineyard wine, sourced from the Seppi vineyard in Medrano, from one of the Mendoza's most famous Malbec-producing areas, Lujan de Cuyo.

 

Gougenheim Reserva Malbec 9/34

Deep purple is color with aromas of black raspberry, currants with a hint of toasty vanilla, chocolate and coffee beans on the nose. On the palate, concentrated fruit flavors with full body, good structure, velvet tannins and a long finish.  

 

Altocedra Malbec Ano Cero 8/32

Altocedro means “tall cedar,” and represents a cedar tree which towers over the winery. A terroir driven Malbec that is fresh, fruit-forward, andeasy-to-drink. A beautiful wine with crushed dark berries and flowers on the nose that follow through to a full body, firm and silky tannins and lots of fruit with vanilla and coffee undertones.  Smoky and ripe, with concentrated dark plum and mocha flavors backed by medium-grained tannins.

 

Wild Horse Merlot 8/32

Our 2013 Central Coast Merlot has aromas of cherry pie, fresh berry cobbler, vanilla, mint, and baking spice. The palate is full bodied with red-fruit flavors and soft, round, approachable tannins. This wine pairs perfectly with filet mignon with chimichurri sauce, BBQ short ribs, and grilled portabella mushrooms.

 

Hayes Valley Merlot 8/32

This Merlot is dark, opaque purple in color. Dark cherry on the nose, with an herbaceous, basil and rosemary component as well. On the palette, bright acidity and light tannins. Bright cherry fruits combine nicely with some tart blueberry, a hint of vanilla and a peppery sensation on the finish. 

 

Gougenheim Estaciones Merlot 10/38

This lush, savory Merlot uses its impressive concentration to deftly balance soft, plush fruit with a gentle, but firm structure. Gouguenheim’s French tastes come through in this Merlot, which finds savory herb and chocolate notes within the impressive depths of its plush black cherry and plum fruit. Dark ruby red color and black fruits such as cherry rich flavors and rich fruit in the mouth

 

Shafer, Merlot 2013 86 btl

From the moment you pull the cork the wine is fragrant, bright, and fresh with rich, enticing aromas and flavors of briar fruit jam, black currant, black cherry, sage, herbs, red berries, and vanilla wrapping up with a long, vibrant finish that you’ll wish would never end.

 

Robert Mondavi Bourbon Barreled Cabernet 10/34

This limited-release Cabernet Sauvignon blends the craftsmanship of California winemaking with the Southern tradition of Bourbon Whiskey aging, resulting in an incredibly bold sensory expression. Deep ruby red in color, it opens with concentrated aromas of black cherries, blackberries, vanilla, mocha, and toasty oak, with notes of coffee and smoke. Intense flavors follow; a blend of blackberries, sweet vanilla, caramel, and mocha, with hints of coffee and smoke. Ripe, soft tannins and toasted oak round the wine out, with a long, lush finish. 

 

Bianchi Cabernet Sauvignon 10/34

Deep flavors of tobacco, clove, coco, green peppercorm and leather from the barrel-ageing with hints fo dark blackberry and cherry. The layerso f flaors are supported by fine and supple tannis derived form well matured sking. Barrel aged for 26 month marires the flavors of the grape and spicy french oak. 

 

Cade, Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 86 btl

The result is a wine with incredible color, aromas of chocolate covered cherries, rose, raspberries, blueberry, and coco nibs. The palate is dense, rich, and thick. It has integrated tannins that are balanced and velvety in texture. The wine finishes with flavors of graham cracker, roasted marsh mellow, berry compote, vanilla, coffee, and cassis.  

 

Stags Leap "Artemis", Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 86 btl

This ARTEMIS Cabernet Sauvignon offers inviting aromas of black cherry and plum with hints of vanilla. On the palate, the wine has a soft entry with ripe mixed berry and plum flavors. The wine has a medium-bodied mouth feel with round, satin-like tannins.  

 

Faust, Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 84 btl  

Faust is crafted at the Quintessa winery in Rutherford, a state-of-the-art winery with the most modern technologies. The grapes are hand-picked, double-sorted, gently crushed and fermented in stainless steel and French oak fermentation tanks. After cold-soak and fermentation, the must undergoes a maceration period that can last up to three weeks. Critical flavor, aroma and color compounds are extracted at this phase. The wine is then transferred to French oak barrels for an aging period of 19 months.

 

Phantom 11/38

A symphony entrances the senses immediately: juniper berry and spice, with just a wisp of toasted coconut hinting at the American oak aging. Sparkling rubies catch the light and tempt your first sip. Juicy plums and brawny blackberries are succulent and intoxicating, as the full bodied structure takes hold. Abundant, yet ripe tannins round out the palate, yet don't overpower the red cranberry fruit. Aged for 24 months in 1 and 2 year-old American oak, Phantom exits with an enthralling and passionate finish. 

 

WHITE

Ferrari Carano Fume Blanc 8/32

Aromas and flavors of yellow peach, pear, quince, Meyer lemon, mango and fruit cocktail. This wine has bright acidity and crisp freshness from the cool, stainless steel tank fermentation, while the subtle oak character from barrel aging adds body, complexity and depth.

 

Kettmeir Pinot Bianco, Alto Adige 2013 11/40

Its straw yellow color with faint greenish highlights leads us into a floral fragrance of wisteria and a fruity sensation of green apples. The flavor is dry, with good acidity, and it is persistent and delicately mineral.

 

Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio, Alto Adige 2014 11/40

A star-bright straw yellow introduces an intense, whistle-clean nose that marries the classic pear and apple-like fragrances with elegant hints of florality and citrus. The palate, dry on entry, reveals substantial structure and lingering, refreshing savouriness that make this a versatile wine of outstanding personality. 

 

Meiomi Chardonnay 8/32

Bright, enticing layers of tropical fruit are heightened by enchantingly sweet smells of brown sugar, honey, and butterscotch. Notes of mango and citrus zest enhance the complex palate. The lush, creamy mouth feel is elevated by subtle flavors of honey and butterscotch.

 

The Dreaming Tree Chardonnay 2013 7/26

Toasty and rich up front, finishing crisp and elegant. This well-balanced, medium-bodied wine is easy to enjoy and will bring a taste of the Central Coast right to your home.

 

La Crema Chardonnay 10/38

This wine opens with layered aromas of fresh Meyer lemon, shortbread and ripe pear. On the palate are flavors of baked, locally grown, Gravenstein apple framed by hints of sweet spice and white peach. The end result is a broad, juicy, and beautifully balancedmouthfeel.  Flavors of tropical fruits, pear and apple are supported by rich notes of vanillin, leading into a powerful and succulent finish.

 

Lloyds Chardonnay 56 btl

Sourced from the Home and Green Acres Blocks from Sangiacomo Vineyard, as well as a small amount fruit from the Truchard Vineyard, this is a fantastic expression of California Chardonnay. Picked at the peak of ripeness, this Chardonnay is then barrel fermented and left on the lees until we get ready to bottle.  Flavors of tropical fruits, pear and apple are supported by rich notes of vanillin, leading into a powerful and succulent finish.

 

Babich Sauvignon Blanc 8/32

Bright lifted herbals, fennel, blackcurrant and lemon. Fruit salad entry over a base of apple, nice herbals again with mineral and citrus on the finish. Creamy mid-palate. This is a classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc which is consistently produced in a fuller, riper, softer style that develops well

 

The Dreaming Tree Sauvignon Blanc 2015 7/26

Fresh and juicy with tropical fruit aromas of passion fruit and kiwi. Finishing crisp and clean with hints of grapefruit and zesty lime.

 

Petit Clos Sauvignon Blanc 9/34

In the French tradition, our entire vineyard is high densely planted - this forces the vines to compete with one another, resulting in highly concentrated grapes and more mineral flavors in the wine. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain fruit purity and flavor; it was then aged on fine yeast lees for three months. This extended lees contact also helps the wine to gain roundness and texture.  Chalky and flinty mineral notes are followed by citrus, capsicum and pretty white flower aromas. This wine has good balance, a very nice acid presence and a smooth finish. It is tangy, round, soft, super fruity and easy to drink. 

 

Smashberry 7/26

This wine is all about the fruit: honeysuckle, peaches, and pears abound on the nose with guava, mango, and tropical fruit on the palate. Bright acidity and a lingering finish make this a delightful sipper on its own or with lighter fare. Not a wine to be over thought, just enjoyed. The grapes were harvested at night and pressed within hours. 

 

JM Brocard St. Claire Chablis 11/38 

This is the most complex and vibrant wine from the Prehy vineyard. This Chablis is a brilliant color with green highlights. The nose is precise, pure, chiseled, with slightly iodized notes of citrus fruit. The mouth has a classic structure, crunchy and delicious, with notes of citrus fruit. The finish is very appetizing, with stony, salty minerality. A textbook flinty aroma gives way to green apple, lemon and mineral flavors.

 

SPARKLING

Torresella Prosecco 9/32

A pale straw yellow in color, this typical sparkling wine from the Veneto is fresh and delicately aromatic, exquisitely balanced and decidedly delicious.

 

Foss Marai Prosecco 10/34 btl

The rich bouquet of Prosecco DOC Extra-dry Foss Marai stands out for the intensity and elegance of its acacia and apple aromas. Its freshness and residual sugar blend together exquisitely, resulting in a truly delicious flavor.

Fattoria Sardi Rosato, Toscana 10/38

Variety: sangiovese, merlot, ciliegiolo organic grapes and small quantities of white grapes.  Nose: refreshing and light. Notes of wild rose, raspberry, and mellon.  The final is sapid and fruity
